Hi,

Is it possible to setup VPN on running NAT server?

I just setup a VPN on a running NAT server and when I tested as a client make a connection to my VPN server which is the same as NAT server. In fact the connection was established and register to VPN server but my problem is that I cannot access any resources on my network, and I found out the problem is that my VPN server cannot contact a DHCP server, eventhough it is running on NAT server which already enable DHCP...

So, is it because of NAT running on the same server?

Thanks for any help

I'm just guessing maybe you need a DHCP Relay to contact the DHCP server. I'm still weak in the area of RRAS topic more studying for me.

You need to enable IP routing. Basically what you have is a remote access server. You have limited the connection to the server and only the server.
