| I pass today. Thanks to no one. You all just talk about some great dumps but there is no one who realy want to help.
Aboute exam: 60 q. 2h15min. I use every second. They cut me 30min. I am from diferent language zone. So I allways get 30min extra,(that is the rule) but not this time. Maybe it was mistake.
note: There is no scientific calculator view on exam!! I didnt know that. But I was lucky. Just one simle q. about subnetting.In MOC there is not 20% of what you realy need for passing. MOC is only good for intro. You must consalt Resource Kit and TechNet, if you want to learn something. That is all folks!! | |

| Watch the tone on the posts. People are always here to help but only if you ask specific questions.
A lot of people posted their thoughts on the exam after they had taken it. If you read any of those you should have been aware of what is to be expected on the exam. | |

I can see that you are an MSCE so i would have thought after 7 exams you would know the routine.
From your comments any one would think this is the first exam you have ever taken!

| tatamata - you know what? You go way out of the "area" with your statements.
My 2 cents advice - I have already enough of people complaining that an exam is hard. THIS IS what a real exam is supposed to be! It is supposed to be HARD! From my experience, no book is usefull if you don't have at least some experience with the "real-thing".
This exam - 70-216 - I passed it and I would say that it was fair easy, but this is just my opinion.
What were you expecting for from me or anybody here? An easy way to pass your exam?
I am already sick of guys that cram exams, have a lot of "papers" but when you ask them simple things, they say: "Wow - never heard about!"
This forum, in my opinion, is a place where people exchange opinions, but don't expect to have all the answers to your questions. Especially when you don't even thought about asking for help!
And BTW, you don't have to thank to anybody, only to you! You did not passed your exam for us, but for YOU.
Great job! The rest .. is really something that I don't give to much from my pocket. As you see, not even for my advice, I spent only 2 cents on it  | |

| 70-216 is fairly easy. Some effort is required in understanding major Windows 2000 network infra. Setting up a lab environment is useful for learning the practicals without costing a bomb.
One cool tool that can help is using Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 (or Connectix Virtual PC 4.3, VMware...etc). The Virtual enviroments can run simulteneously to test certain features. With the "undo disk" feature, rollback and replay is possible.
Try it out.

"This is free country". As you can read in my first post, there is two phrases of "anger" and other ten are "attempt to help". It was just my pervers way of enjoing in victory over the exam. I am glad that you are in worry of my knowladge.But, dont be.
No more replays on this subject.
I comply with things about virtual networks. I am working with WMVare and it is good. All extra you will need is RAM(if you want more then tree O.S to work corect). But it more inexpesive then tree machines. | |
