I'm currently reviewing the topics for the exam. After doing the MS Readiness Review it seems as if you have to know all the minor options available for the services. It this what I can expect on the exam?

Yes, it will be really usefull to spend some time going through the various interfaces for the various services and visually noting what options are available where. This especially help you learn RAS policies.
