Does anyone notice that if you enable to NICs with IP addresses on separate networks the services screw up?

For example I configured my server with 2 NICs with IP addresses 10.0.0.1 and 192.168.1.100. Originally all services such as DHCP, DNS and WINS were supporting the 10.0.0.0 network. When I enable my second NIC, the services reconfigure themselves to the 192.168.1.0 network. When I try to configure RRAS, I get an error message stating the database store cannot be found. DHCP hangs when I try to access the Advanced tab of the scope properties.

When I access Control Panel all the icons the screen gets divided into two panes. The left pane is really skinny and has all the icon and the right pane is a big blank.

I don't get what's going on. Someone please help.

So I finally figured out the problem. Just as a heads up for you guys, you have to set the proper binding order for you network adapters if use multiple NICs. The services always bind to the first adapter in the binding order. In my case, the original adapter was being pushed down to second by my wireless adapter.
