How can i disable APIPA..
There is a way by Registry, but i don't know it!

And here is the solution (from the link) to any one interesting in this problem:
For Windows 2000, APIPA can be disabled by adding the "IPAutoconfigurationEnabled" DWORD registry entry with a value of 0x0 to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Curr
entControlSet\Services\Tcpip\P
arameters\Interfaces Adapter subkey
