| Ok, it’s done!  I have passed on 70-216, my second time, after the problem with the computer used for the exam last week. Now I’m still waiting for they reply, hope not to pay for another exam!

| kewl glad to hear it. read ur other post about that crappy computer, 12 questions could REALLY cost u. 216 is my next exam, how was it ? any study tips ? congrats and good luck on your next one.

| I can say it was ok. I became very surprised, as I got some questions equal to the ones I had last week! At least I didn't spend much time on these ones, and save more for others!
I've got many questions about RRAS! It seemed that they like it a lot! LoL
I have some about DNS, one mixing a Unix server, and another with acess on a Netware server. But just these about these topics.
I also remember that I had to answer at least two times "DHCP Relay Agent".
To Study I used Sybex book, Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure Administration, and some texts in the Microsoft TechNet.
Something that you would like to ask in particular?

| yeah i know what you're talking about with the questions. they seem to be really similar to the transcender questions. lots of RRAS on the transcender. tough questions but i did pretty well on it.
yeah lots about DNS and mixed mode w/ Unix and subnetting.
DHCP relay agent does come up often. luckily it's a pretty simple concept.
yeah i have that cybex book, i'm gonna have to check out that technet...i have a home network which helps alot.
nothing in particular, oh wait yeah, what test u have next ? how long u usually take between tests, like a week a month. just wanna see what kinda pace other ppl are goin at. | |

| Result!! Congratulations!!
Hoping to write in 2 weeks , working through the Transcender questions at the moment, they haven't gone too well though. I keep misinterpretting the question and making silly mistakes, getting very frustrated and morale is low.
All I want to do is kill the beast!! Severly! | |

| Yes Jonoplunk, I've got similar mistakes misinterpretting the questions. English is not my natural language, but some questions seem to be quite tricky concerning the english. You have to pay good attention to it.
