| Well fellas, as I have mentioned earlier about my pass, now I am to choose from a loooong list of elctives......I would appreciate your tips and advices as to what should I go for NOW! plz dun forget to write me, I really look forward to a great help...because I dun have any friends around me any relatives or any senior help! believe me!

| a lot depends on what your interests are, what other certs you might want to get, or what you work with at work.
if security is your stuff then look at which electives will help you get the security MCSE/MCSA's or if you work with mail clients, then maybe go for the exchange elective.
you really need to look at what you are doing and want to do to choose what is correct for you.
also take a look at what jobs are on offer in your area and what requirements they have. | |

The 70-218 is a nice elective. You can give yourself a brush to several MCSE topics and prepare yourself for Administering a W2k Network.
The new Security elective, taking the Security+ test, is very ineteresting too. This is new for me, i mean, i just recently knew that this CompTia test was accepted as elective. So, i'm thinking seriously in take this test for my MCSE track. The SQL elective is very nice too, specially if you work in a SQL or Database environment (my case)
You must take 2 electives anyway. So, my advice....take 70-218 elective, is not so difficult...and think what other could be useful for your work. | |

I am now studying for Exchange 2000 (70-224), this can be quite valuable, after all every business needs email. | |

| As JoCampo says 218 gets you towards MCSA, a good stepping stone on the way to full MCSE, and 218 is an MCSE elective. | |
