The 216 TK says nothing about this until the final few pages then in the readiness review section it finally tells you that you can only install it from the resource kit...hmmmm.

On 2003 it says you can install this with the support tools from the cd.

Anyone tried it.

DNSCMD.exe is also included on the installation CD in Support\tools\Support.cab

Updated version of DNSCMD.exe is included in the SP2 Support Tools Update, although it should be included in the SP4 Support Tools update as well: http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...&NoWebContent=1

To be honest, I haven't used it much but I have played with it occasionally and it can be a very useful tool.

Good overview of DNSCMD: http://www.tburke.net/info/suptools/topics/dnscmd.htm
