And the correct answer is: D

The web server is not a member of the domain and it is kept separate from the rest of the network. The Certificate Authority (CA) should therefore not be a part of the domain; it should not be an Enterprise CA or a subordinate Enterprise CA. The CA must be a subordinate CA to commercial CA so that the external customers can connect to the commercial and get certificates that verify the authenticity of your web server.
