| Ok, so D-Day is April 25th. Aside from 2 books, transcenders and a mini network W/ 1 domain server and 2 workstations what else do I need?
What's the new format of the test like. My exam center uses 15" monitors I'm not gunna like that for this one am I? maybe I could bring my own flat screen *L*
Seriously though, what areas should be concentrated on?
Thnx. | |

| Congrats in advance!!!
a) Go back to the Microsoft Training and Certification site and review the Preparation Guide for Exam 70-216. Make sure you are comfortable with all of the items listed in "Skills Being Measured".
b) Keep going through the configuration of the various services, in your lab. The trickiest questions may spring from what options are available in what dialogue box, so really look at each dialogue box. This is especially helpful with those dreaded RRAS policy questions.
c) Bonus style points: Go to the Technet page and search for 'How To' Guides that pertain to networking topics and go through any that fulfill the 'Skills Being Measured' from a) above.
d) I like to review the course syllabus that are linked to on a) above, as well.
Best of Luck!!! | |

| Thanks Jeff This is the final exam *whew* finally! Been a long road (and an expensive one) but it's almost done. Thanks for the great information, I am off to check it out right now. | |

| Wow! Last one! I completed my MCSE last May, the same week as my son's graduation from High School. No matter what all the nay-sayers claim about the MCSE program, for someone to do it legitemately, reading books, working on their lab, it is an accomplishment to be proud of. Good luck again! | |

| Couldn't agree more Jeff! It's been tough, I wanted to be done by the end of last year but couldn't quite get it done. Then Micro had to change the exam and I had to wait for my testing center to upgrade their equipment. BUT, it's now doable Now to just get back into the flow of things. |
