Hey Can anyone help me with this...

If I have a root CA and Subordinate CA's
Because Subordinate CA's function as root CA's in an orginisation then can you make another subordinate CA below First Subordinate CA?

Root CA

|_subordinate CA (works as root in org)

. Subordinate CA? <- is this possable?

(ignore the dots they are so the pic worked properly)
If you can understand what I am askin and know the answer that would be really cool

moc216 p.504 makes numerous refrences to CA trust Hierarchy, but doesnt mention any restriction to one layer.

I'm sure that there is a maximum depth that you would want to go, and it is recommended not to go very deep, but yes, you can have a hierarchy.
