| 'When a network is not fully routed and an administrator is creating site link bridges, it is first necessary to disable the default site link bridging'
What exactly does 'not fully routed' mean? Would that apply to a network using hubs instead of switches.

| Switches seperate each port into a single collision domain. This enables full duplex at each port. Hubs do not do this, each hub is a single collision domain, hence half duplex.
'Not fully routed' would seem to imply that some sites are not always available to the others, suggesting demand dial connections. This is a good application for site links, bridges and bridgehead servers.
