| This is going to be the second time I wanna take this exam, After passing my 210 and 215, I want you experience guys in the msce 216 stuff to give me an easy approach to the whole thing 'cos it has to be a pass this time around.  | |

| There is no easy approach. Study study study. Have a mini network at home, do the labs in the books, understand why it's done the way it's done.
It's a hard test. Maybe doing some of the others, like 217, 218 might help too. That's what I've done, taken all the other tests, learned as much as I can and am now working on 216. | |

| If you've taken this one, once already, then you should know where you stand. What gave you trouble in the exam? Drill down on those issues and don't go back until you know you are ready.
Taking other exams is good advice, as you will get more exposure to DNS and other 216 related topics, but you also need confidence, that come from the drill down. Review the skills to be measured on the Microsoft website and check them off, one-by-one, until you know you are ready. | |

| Hey skipleon,
jeff_j_black's advice is great. During the last two weeks up to the exam I went over the list at:
http://www.microsoft.com/traincert/exams/70-216.asp
until I had a comfortable understanding of each topic. It completely helped and Microsoft was pretty honest about the skills that they would be testing.
