Subnetting Melt Down

| Studying for 70-216.
Subnetting is killing me. Anybody have any good suggestions for study materials or websites that can break this down like I'm a 2yr old?

On the road to recovery. I took a week of FMLA leave to stay home and administer breathing treatments every 4 hours. She's doing really well. I'm sure the Doc will give her a clean bill of health when she sees her on Saturday.
