| Hey everyone,
Getting ready to take this test next week. Here one for you that is real world and helps for this test. Your top exectcutives want a file server that only they can use they want all communications with it secure and they also do not want it to be active directory. What do you do?
I will tell you my answer when I figure it out.
Maybe it can't be done without AD.

| Why not just make this file server a "member server" instead of a domain controller? If it is just a file server then this should work fine. | |

| Alright this is how I'm going to do it
Add the server to the domain. Then create a local group policy that will only use secure communications. I will then also use EFS. I will make this server a certificate server standalone. This should work.

| Oh yeah by the way I will be using IPsec and I will make this server a CA. |
