There are so many books that members of this forum use, so it is hard to say which one is the best.

I am using New Riders for my four core and one design at the moment.

I know a lot of people that use two or three different books for each exam, which gives them a wider variety of angles.

I used Sybex for my NT exams and I have MS Press for the 270.

Have a look on ebay and see what is going cheap.

NewRiders and the MS Press Kit books are the best to use.
And for final preparation, test yourself with the Transcender package.
Also perform and work on all the labs given, this exam should not be taken so lightly

The best book to tackle the beast is the 2K server resource kit. It's the best all around ref kit you can buy.

I agree with buckwheat except you don't even have to buy it. It's all here: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/tr...its/rktmain.asp

Has this not been included with the technet CD's a while back?

I believe it is on the CDs but I was just pointing out for those with limited funds that it's all posted on the MS site for free.
