| Good job, like running a marathon! Go splash some water on your face and get a message. Or if you like a beer and a tussle with a hottie. | |
|
| Thanks all! See you in 217!

Hey, I wrote a post on this elsewhere, but just so you know - the MCSE requirements have changed.
You no longer need all of 215, 216 and 217 - you only need two of those. To compensate, you now need two out of 219, 220, 221 and 226 instead of just one as before.
Check out http://www.microsoft.com/traincert/...equirements.asp if you want to verify this.

I'm looking at the link and as far as I can tell, you will need all 3 (216, 216, and 217) as Core exams.. please correct me if i'm wrong..

I don't care about the M$ change. I'm going to do them all, not relly all, but close.

That's good, cuz they changed it back again over the weekend.

| That was spooky! I did read the page you had linked over the weekend and it did indeed seem to make one of the core optional. Fortunately, I'm done, so!?! Plus, I did three design exams so I was covered, but it could certainly make it difficult for those who have taken the 4 cores and some electives already. Take the 216 anyway, even if they change the requirements, at least when things don't work, you'll understand why. | |

| Didn't believe it until I saw it myself but the exam requirements have reverted to what they used to be, what on earth is going on?
I have 216 in a few weeks and I was cursing that I didn't have to sit the exam after putting six weeks hard study into what appeared to be needless effort. However, now it appears that I have to take it anyway, thank goodness.
Bet I won't be saying that after the exam.
