| As I have stated before I feel this could be accomplished in one of the following ways:
1. Score is published on the screen and not printed on the Exam Report.
or
2. Only Fail scores are shown.
or
3. A percentage (%) on each objective is shown with an overall percentage mark.
If I a pass by one point or by loads I am not really that concerned as long as I pass. I feel this would only apply if I failed an exam - then I would like to know by how many I failed it by!!

| Not posting the scores only protects the Microsoft Certification initiative, from the standpoint of if you pass, you are qualified. Applying scores to the results of the exam would make the certificate less valid, you don't see grades on a doctor or lawyers diploma. Yet you would certainly want the doctor or lawyer that was tops in his class.
So the lack of published scoring makes all certificates the same value. This does not serve us, the people who pay for the courses, do the studying or pay for the exams, however.
So, the real question is who is being served by Microsoft cetifications? Is it the candidate or the person that hires the candidate, that is served by the certification process? From that point, I'd rather have a job or an increase than a test score.

| I agree with Frank, I think they should at least let us know the score if we fail, that way we have an idea of how smart we really think we are. | |
