| Why is this exam often refered to as 'The Beast'? What makes this exam so much more difficult then the others (210, 215, 217 or 218). It it worse then 219?? I'm taking this one next.

the problem is the number of things you need to study to pass this one. you need to know VERY WELL about dhcp, dns, wins, rras, radius, vpn, ad, ias, ipsec, pptp, l2tp, cidr, etc etc....... | |

| imho, the 216 was by far the toughest exam in the MCSE 2K track. The questions are fair but do touch on a wide variety of subjects. And anybody who spent any tim e in RRAS will tell you that it is not necessarily a picnic  | |

| I'm finding this by far the hardest exam I have studied for. In addition to the wide range of subject material you need to become familiar with, the depth of knowledge needed with respect to the subject material is great.
This is no walk in the park as they say, but I'll get through it. I hope to take (and pass) this exam by the end of the month.  | |
