Well, the beast went down like a ton of bricks. I PASSED!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!

I am now an MCSE. YIPEEEE!!!!

Lots of DHCP, DNS, and WINS. A couple RRAS questions and a few subnetting questions.

I started my quest in February, so 8 months, 10 exams and 5 certifications later I am one happy man.

Thanks to everyone who supported me. Now I am going to party hard tonight at Happy Hour.

I really appreciate everyone's support here in the forum. I'm glad I found this place, as it was a moral crutch in times of despair.

Glad to see you are a fan of the greatest, most technically talented bands to grace this planet.

Yes, 2112 is a great album. Very profound for it's time.

Saw 'em live three times back in the late seventies and early eighties. Awesome!!! Neil Peart is truely one of the best rock drummers of all time. Then of course, playing bass, keyboards, pedals and lead vocals Geddy Lee, and incredible inspired guitar work, Alex Lifeson. Little can compare to 'Villa la Strangata' on some good headphones.

My top bands are Yes (all era's), Genesis (older the better), Emerson, Lake and Palmer (all era's) and Blue Oyster Cult (don't play the Reaper or Godzilla and I'm happy).

Of late, I have been big into the Beastie Boys, Faith No More, Billy Cobham (fusion jazz) and some Zydeco.

So, Rush... You are done or on to CCNA?

Yes indeed, La Villa Strangioto is sublime through some headphones. I consider them to have to 2 best musicians by far, being Neil Peart and Geddy Lee.

I also liked your top bands. Yes, Genesis, ELP, and BOC definitly kick butt. Have you ever heard Trilogy by ELP? I can play the piano part to that. Been tickling the ivories for about 20 years.

I don't know what I plan to pursue next. I am thinking about CCNA, but I need some well deserved time off. Maybe in the spring I will start that. We'll see.

Yep, Trilogy...

I'm a frustrated musician, never really took up any instrument, although all four of my brothers have.

Does anyone else listen to "Red Barchetta" while Windows 2K is loading?

I don't have any songs playing at startup. I have the THX sound wav play on my windows startup (from DVD movies and in the theater). Coming through my home theater surround sound system on my PC, it sounds magnificent.

I do however have the 2112 album as my desktop wallpaper, and my screen saver shows all the albums covers in a slide show.
