I used;

MCSE Self-Paced Training Kit
Sybex
Wavetech
+On hand experience

60-70% of the questions was about DHCP and DNS, just 1 about subnetting so don't spend a lot of time on learing that, if u think it's to complicated....you can live with 2-3 wrong answers on subnetting if u are good at DHCP/DNS......

Good Luck!

Congrats on your pass - subnetting should not be taken lightly, however, as this concept will be revisited in other tests - you might even find a question or two on the 217 but if you're going to take 221 you will see it in full force. Not to mention, for real life, it's just plain necessary to understand it.

I've the same feeling since I started reading the book. Now I'm realizing why the exam is called the beast.

know what u mean pavlov, but I was thinking on just this exam, it's a pretty "wide" exam, so why use 2-3 weeks on subnetting if u get 1 question, don't bother

U can spend time on subnetting when u are ready and got time, during summer holiday, chrismas etc. this way u will have time to understand the whole consept
