Congrats! What did you use to prepare and did you feel it was adequate?

I used the study guides from acutaltests.com. The are excellent for studying. I found that over 90% of the questions on the actualtests pdf to be on the test. I would recommend them to anybody.

I was about to congratulate you but then I noticed all you did was memorize questions.

I didn't just memorize questions. I have a small lab setup so that as I went over some questions, I practiced them as well on one of the computers that I have setup.

Sorry but the way you worded it sounded like "you can get all the answers by reading a simple pdf."

Oh, sorry about that. The file was good on not only telling you the answer, but it was good on showing you how to do it as well. For each question that I went over, I tried to practice in the lab. The test overall is pretty much common sense. I have read some books and have two degrees in IT but I would suggest that not only do you study for them but you also practice them because that helps you keep it in your mind longer and you can eventually show that you can do it and that you are not just book smart.

I thought it was a little tough. I studied book, lab etc plus have some hands on as a deal with it on my job.

You going for 70-215 next? I am when time permits.

I just signed up to take the A+ Hardware on May 26th, Software June 2nd, and 2000 Server on June 9th. It seems that I am going to be very busy lately. Luckily for the A+, I have had over 4 years experience of nothing but tearing computers apart and rebuilding them. I also heard that 2000 server was difficult. I may need to do more of the labs than studying questions. Going over the basics and GPO's I guess.

I'm lucky there then. I work with a 2000 Server DC on a regular basis though I still have plenty to learn. Teaching myself linux in my free time as well so I'm currently not concentrating on 2000 server 100%

Good luck with your other exams

I downloaded a sample of 70-210 prep from actualtests.com and it's the same as testking or are they all using the same samplers while the actual prep materials are different? Have you noticed this?

I'm planning on sitting for 70-210 soon and presently compiling a list of materials to design my approach to the exam - I have access to a lab for practice.
