I finally passed the Windows 2000 Professional exam three days ago on my third try. There were quite of few printer, romaining profiles, and driver questions. Ironically, I did not see any NTFS questions or permissions questions. I finally just buckle down and really studied every chance I got from various resources, e.g. trancenders, prelogic and internet posting. The moral to this story dont give up, just keep trying.
