| Hi I am new to this forum and I purchased the MCSA Bundles for Freaks Study guide yesterday online, but have not received anything. I thought that I could down load the guides online. I sent Freak a e-mail but have had no response. Please can anyone who purchased these study notes advice me what I need to do to obtain them. As I have already paied for them. Or if someone can get intouch with Freak and ask him to send me a e-mail.

| Thanks ruscrop for your reply. I had sent Freak about 5 e-mails and I still not had a reply.
I have paied for the MCSA Study guieds and I will need them to prepare for my exams befor next month.
I think the service that I have been receiving from Freak is very unprofessional. Very bad customer service. | |

He won't screw you. I bought a couple of guides from him about 2 years ago. PM him as well when you get a chance. | |

As for the original poster in this thread, I do believe that the issue was resolved quite a while ago. The problem if memory serves was linked to the fact that the only email address he had was hotmail, which comes with more restrictions than I care to list. It is very easy to email me and get in contact with me. 'Nuff said. | |
