| passed the exam today. I found it a little harder than 70-215 personally. I am not sure, if it is possible for the question database to be actually screwed up or some glitch, because some questions simply did not make sense. for future test takers, know the concepts of security templates, which ones do what, RIS, VPN gateway questions and finally gpo questions. on to 70-218 and 216 in that order..

| Congrats!!!!
I would appreciate if you can share the following with us:
How many questions were on the exam?
How many minutes you were given?
How long it took you to finish the whole exam?
Were all the questions like 2 to 3 inch paragraphs? I hate them, because the answer they expect, for example, may be a simple NTFS or FAT. They will unnecessarly include information and delay you.
I will be sitting in for the exam on Feb 11. I am bit nervous, because I never took M$ exam before. So don't know what format and kind of questions to expect. I think if I take and pass one M$ exam. I will feel more comfortable for the following exams. Thanks

| thanks guys for the support. I am a little nervous for my next 216 exam as it has been touted as "the hardest" exam, only lesser than the design exams. some one had asked the following questions:
--
How many questions were on the exam?
ans: 50
How many minutes you were given?
ans: 180
How long it took you to finish the whole exam?
ans: 120 mins
--
there was a lot of reading involved. most of them were one or 2 paragraphs. usually, i read the last paragraph, as they sum up what you need to attack and then look at the possible choices and eliminate the ones that are defintely wrong.
I got about 4 design questions in which I had to drag and drop. No questions about wrong gateway, stuff like that. I had those in 215.
re-read the exam cram book, read a few study guides - the cramsession one is good, brush up on fax services, unattended installation, ris(very important) especially the concepts of riprep, rfdg etc, know the objectives listed on the microsoft web site. those were pretty much what I studies. there were some questions which I didn't have a clue. but I understood and got most of them.
Best of Luck.

Sounds like your "rfdg" is one of the things you didn't have a clue about. Did you mean rbfg?
