Hi y'all!

I'm getting ready to take my first MCSE exam and I'm wondering about the test format.

If you have taken the exam recently, would you please tell me what the format is like?

Is it the adaptive test I've been reading about on the Microsoft site or what?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks!

good lord NO - adaptive tests are a dopey idea put forward by psycometric analysys and academics who should know better.

MS exams are usually a multi choice exam with a scenario from 1 sentence (very rare) to a page or so (very common) with & without accompanying graphics. The asnwers can be single word (very rare) to multiple sentences (sorta common).

they are mostly pass/fail with no score shown.

All MS exams are form based, ONLY Novell and few other vendors used "adaptive"

I just wanted to let y'all know that I passed my 70-210 exam today! It was a little hard, but my classes and studying paid off.

Thank you to everyone who responded to my posts about this exam - your help has been deeply appreciated. Hopefully, I can be of assistance to someone else as a way to pass on the good deeds!

Ok - I'm off to 70-215. Wish me luck!
