Christo78 is encrypting the folder C:\Stuff. He proceeds to the command prompt and uses the cipher command to encrypt the C:\Stuff folder.

What does the following command do:
C:\>cipher /e /s:C:\Stuff /i /q

A. The folder Stuff will be encrypted, and the process will continue even if errors occur. Christo78 will not be given any information during this process.

B. The folder Stuff will be encrypted, and the process will continue even if errors occur. The process will report only the most essential information to Christo78.

C. The folder Stuff will be encrypted, but will stop if it encounters any errors.

D. The folder Stuff does not get encrypted. Christo78 receives an error message becuase the syntax is incorrect.

Good luck and see you Monday for the answer!!

I'll take B too,
/e --------> the folder Stuff will be encrypted
/i --------> the process will continue even if errors occur
/q --------> the process will report only the most essential information

to be sure, Please tell me, is it true:
- The compressed file can be shared but the encrypted file can't be.

- If we copy or move encrypted file within the same NTFS partition or to another NTFS partition it will remain encrypted.

Thanks
