For a limited time only, effective from 12 May, Microsoft will be offering two FREE alternative versions of Microsoft Exams 70-210 and 70-215.
Exams 76-210 (Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional) and 76-215 (Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Server) will be offered for FREE to testing candidates when they register for the exams using the following promotional codes:
Use promo code ICAMWP for the 76-210 exam, and promo code ICAMWS for the 76-215 exam.
The 76-210 and 76-215 exams cover the same content as the standard 70- 210 and 70-215 exams, but contain additional questions. Exams 76-210 and 76-215 are each four hours long, and testing candidates are only eligible to take these special exams once. A score report will be provided for both these exams and, if testing candidates pass, these exams will fully count towards Microsoft certification status.
The FREE 76-210 exam will be available from 12 May to 28 May. The FREE 76-215 exam will be available 12 May to 2 June. | |

| as far as i know the positions are full to take both exams and they were limited to 2000 people and 2000 people have signed up so if you want to take the exam you will have to pay from now on

| The 76-210 and 26-215 that they are offering for free has a cap of 2000 on it. That means that the first 2000 people scheduled for it get it for free and everyone else has to pay. I took the exam Monday and as of today the 2000 cap has been met. Microsoft failed to tell everyone this. Call this number and complain and if enough people call it maybe that will let more of us take it for free. 1-800-636-7544. | |

| Well this I guess will be my first post. Usually I am just reading with no opinion. I registered for both the 210 and 215. They are free so why not. I actually took courses for the MCSE track a year ago. Since then I ended up back in the Web Developing field and have not bothered seeking my MCSE. I am debating going for the MCDBA just because it lines with Web Developing and databases. Anyways my studying for these exams have been mostly the 2151 and 2152 MOC books, Cramsession, articles and posts, and Transcenders. Not really to worried about it since I have been using Win2k for a couple of years and have worked in IT field as both developer and part admin. braindumps are a big no no around here and not highly recomended due to lack of learning in the real world. I have looked at some of them and found one good use for them and that is to review all questions to verify the answers in this process learning more about the subject then just reading a book. | |

Ya, it is a big no no around here and I don't agree with your statement on their usage. How difficult is it to pass an exam when you know the questions that are going to be given on it? Not very. Students don't have that luxery in school/college, they pass their exams and graduate (hopefully). Why do people feel they have to use them and then attempt to justify their usage when that usage supports an illegal activity that is in violation of the NDA agreement they clicked Yes to during the exam?
If you know the material, and have worked with the product, as you have stated, the exams are not that difficult to pass. Bdumps are not needed. | |

| Did not say I agreed with dumos nor trying to justify them. Not knowing what questions were on the exam I just look for any sample questions where I can research the question and find the answer. I do this with Transcenders and any sample questions I get off the web. Find it as a nice tool to learn from. I can not retain all the info I read in books unless I get my hands on the subject and that is how I try to learn the most. | |
