Any idea what elective(s) you want to write? You could go right on to 218 if you wanted. I wrote an elective and 210 & 215 then 218 for my MCSA. If your confident already in your networking infrastructure skills you could do that, but I saved that for exam number 6. Active Directory isn't considered an elective for the MCSA (it's pretty close to 218), so really it's up to you.

take 216,(hard) then 218 and you are MCSA 2000.
On with 217,(walk in the park) 219 (221) and 224 to be all you can be. (MCSE 2000)

Did i mention 292 and 296? ( MCSE 2003)

This is my path to the MCSE anyways.
Best of Luck to you!

if you want to go for MCSE, you don't need MCSA, according to Microsoft's view, MCSA and MCSE cover the same topic, MCSA just for these people who can not wait to complete all the seven courses.

so if you get the, 292 and 296 you would have upgraded to 2000 to 2003?

Good Point!

The way from MCP to MCSE was just too long!
