I'd like to start the MCSE path and would like to do it online and by study guides.

Can anyone recomend any online schools? Any training material that is an absolute must have?

I find actual hands-on working in the IT field the most valuable. I'm sure the Microsoft Press site or MCP site would have good suggestions though.
