I was able to apply a Logon script through group policy and have it sucessfully run once a user logs on. But, instead of using group policy to have it executed, i'd like to apply it through a user account (Profile tab->logon script). Which folder should the script be stored in if i want to type in the script name in the Logon Script input box?

Hi SpazM,

You'll need to store these script-files in the NETLOGON share.

By default, the NETLOGON share is Read-only.

To identify the location of the NETLOGON-share on your system, go to Control Panel | Computer Management | System Tools | Shared Folders | Shares

It should say something like:
C:\WINNT\Sysvol\Sysvol\<domain_name>\Scripts

Put your script in their and see if it works

Hope this helps.
