Hi all... been real busy structuring my network lately and other things going on but... I FINALLY MADE TIME TO GO AND SIT FOR 70-210. I passed. Some of the questions made me think though. Some were ill written. It was just a pass/fail thing. I don't know how many questions I missed out of 60, but I am sure I scored on the high end. Only used the Microsoft Press 210 self-paced training kit and the online resource kit... oh... and a couple of free simulation demo's from some links I found out through this forum. Thanks a lot people's... keep up the great work!

Thanx guys... yah, I'm on to 70-215. However, after I think about it, I could take that anytime since I've been doing actual work with it... but then again, I've also been doing 70-218 work too, as well as a lot of Cisco stuff with routers and Pix firewall for VPN tunnels and dial-up VPN for our network with the Cisco VPN Client. Been real busy since I am the entire IT department in our little department. I have much experience, but little time for study. My employer will not help out with the certs. I buy my own books and pay for my own exams, which I have to travel 150 miles to take... and the pay here bites. However, my immediate boss knows that I study now and then on the job for the certs, but he also knows that it helps in the actual work too. He don't mind when I take a day off to go and take a pre-test at the test center to make sure I don't go and throw $132 away by not passing... and then when I was ready the other day, he didn't mind I took that day off too to go take the actual test. I guess to make it short, I'm wonderin if I should go ahead and get the CCNA out of the way first so I can add that to my resume' before proceeding with the MCSA/MCSE track. What do ya'll think?

If you already work with routers, the CCNA should be simple. I would go for it.

Good luck!
