Chkdisk used to checks disk and displays a status report.

Fdisk used to manage partition on your hard disk.

Fixboot used to write a new partition boot sector onto the system partition.

Fixmbr used to repair the master boot record of the partition boot sector.

From the above descriptions, fixboot is the correct answer.

C. Fixboot

"The commands fixboot and fixmbr may prove helpful in those cases when Windows 2000 has a problem booting up. Fixmbr provides a function for Windows 2000 that's similar to the old FDISK /MBR trick in MS-DOS"

And the answer is.....C

fixboot:
Use this command (where drive name is the drive letter where the boot sector will be written) to write the new Windows boot sector code on the boot partition. This command fixes problems where the Windows boot sector is corrupted. The Emergency Repair process also fixes the boot sector. This command overrides the default of writing to the system boot partition.

Here's a real good Technet article that breaks down the Recovery Console commands.
