i couldn't decrypted fes folder by any user and when i want to use recovery agent i get this massege for any user that i add
the selected user has no certificates suitable for encrypted file system recovery agent

You should log on as the first administrator in your domain so that you can decrypt the file.

If you want to assign someone else as a recovery agent, you can do so by requesting a recovery certificate for him first by using certificate services.
