| I took my test tonight and passed with a 620. I know it wasn't by much but I studied my XXX off and was just glad to pass. I used trancenders examcram and had a little network setup to do some of the exercises. I thought the test was hard and I expected the type of questions I got. I got a little of everything. I'm gonna take the rest of this week off. On to 70-215 next week. Any suggestions on study material? I heard that when the test had drop it's passing score from 660 to 540 (professional) that even though the score was lower it was harder. Does anyone know about this? Also I heard that 70-215 was easier than the test I took today. Any feedback on this?? All I can say is I'm glad this part is over and that now I'm a certified MCP | |

| Congrats on the pass. When I took it I got a 640 on it and the passing score was a 620. I took 70-215, and relatively speaking, I killed it. Got an 820 which still isn't that great but its my highest score. I found 70-215 to be a walk in the park, by far the easiest test I've taken. A lot of the information carries over from 70-210. Make sure you know your disk manangement and permissions. | |

| Well done DJ!
I think you will find 215 easier. As Slinky stated, know Disk Management, specifically make sure you understand what to do when good volumes go bad. Also had a solid base understanding of GPO's.
Here's the thread I posted when I passed, with subject material I encountered. Best of luck to you!

| 215 is very much in the logical continuation of the test you just passed. You should have no problems. Best of luck, and let us know if we can help! | |

Your welcome. As for testing software, if you can swing it, try to snag Transcenders, that's what I always use, and they have never failed me yet. (Oh great, I probably just jinxed myself, watch me bomb my next exam )
If the price is too steep, maybe someone else can suggest a less expensive, comparable testing package for you.
Best of luck in your studies! | |

| I have thought about getting trancenders for this exam and I'll probably get it. I already have sybex which I'll use for the simulations and maybe something else if I get any other suggestions. Thanks again Spid. | |
