| OK, im sorry but i am sick and tired of this. I am studying for this exam and the last thing i need is some A+ guy in here, giving answers he is UNSURE of. I dont want to be confused by someone who doesnt know what they're talking about
No offense dennis, but this is not the first time you've had me confused.
Until i see a a 210 certification by you, i wont be reading your replies.

Im an A+ guy( ) im also an NT admin...call him on the garbage ,however not having the certificate for this exam hardly makes one less knowledgeable about the OS.

I DONT KNOW THE ANSWER TO EVERY QUESTION , BUT WHEN ONE COME UP IN A THREAD I DO RESEARCH ON IT AND IF I FIND SOMETHING ,ANYTHING RELATED TO IT I READ IT AND LEARN ALOT MORE ON THE TOPIC OF THE QUESTION THAN JUST ABCD ANSWERS .YES I COULD CUT/PASTE CHUNCK OF IT AND POST IT.
AND IF THAT PERSON IS TRULY CONCERN AND NOT TO LAZY TO CLICK A LINK COULD SAY TO THEMSELF (HEY IF I CLICK THERE MAYBE SOMEONE WROTE A BOOK ON IT AND I COULD LEARN MORE ON IT THAN JUST ABCD ANSWERS.OR PICK UP ADDED INFO TO REMEMBER IT BETTER.)
HAS PER THE ABOVE QUESTION BOTH WERE ABCDEF CHOICES AND FOR THE SECOND QUSTION THE LINK PROVIDED A NICE LAYOUT WHY WOULD I WANT TO RETYPE THAT .

But I only said "it look like it is" meanning it was still open to proper answer and not to be taken for a sure thing.

Dude, you are way out of line. You may obviously choose to read or not read someone's posts, and I have no issue with that. But you have no right to post such a villifying diatribe against a fellow forum member whose only mischief was to try and help out. I think you owe Denis an apology.

I guess this disqualify me from sharing my infinite wisdom! in the A+ and Net+ forum... I am sad, very sad, I shall cry myself to sleep now.
The cert and all is a good idea, but when will people realize that cert by itself mean very little? I am mcse 2000... but my real pratical experience had always been NT 4 networks... (2000 was a planned company initiative thus I study it and created lab for the eventual migration...) Does my lack of NT 4 certification indicate that I can't speak on NT 4 matter and that my 2000 cert indicate that I qualify to speak about it? the fact is... I am more qualify on nt 4 than I am on 2k... and the simple fact of some letters after one's name should not be a measure stick in which one's competency is judge.
anyway, I support dennis... and agree with his assessment of information vs simple need to answer a question. This remind me of my effort to try to find the fact of *edited to protect the innocent* with tons of rock solid information if they take the time to explore only to give up and cut/past a short 2 liners to put the matter to rest... | |
