Author Help:Can not access workstation in LAN

My friend have problem:
There are five computers that run win98 and one server that runs winnt 4.0 in LAN,the network run as domain.every workstation can share files each other except one,this one can see every others in network neigbor,but it can not enter other computer.
He has install microsoft file and printer share protocol.the computer is just same as others,but why does it have so problem?

I think it's because of security policy on NT. If you can log on as administrator chek out policy. It should be in folder netlogon in %system root%.

is client for Microsoft networks installed?

Thank you very much for your help, Bitas2 and er234.After receiving Bitas2's prompt,I advised my friend he can try with others account that can access other computers successful in that bad computer,but it can not solve this problem.
Er234,he don't install network client in every computer.
