Q58. Frank from the Human Resources department has just left the company. Alison will take Frank's place starting on Monday. How can you set Alison up with the same rights and permissions with the least administrative effort?
A. Delete Frank's Account. Create a new account for Alison and select to use the SID of an existing user. Choose the SID from Frank's account.
B. Delete Frank's Account. Create a new account for Alison using the same account name that Frank had.
C. Rename Frank's Account. Change the password on that account and assign it to Alison.
D. Copy Frank's user profile to Alison's user account.

| C. Rename Frank's Account. Change the password on that account and assign it to Alison.
The question do not mention nothing about a domain or workgroup but,it doesn't matter if you are on a domain or a workgroup you could rename the acount and change the password this is the best way.
