| C. Using Accessibility Wizard lets you save the settings for when you log on next time. Utility Manager will restore settings only when you start Utility Manager. | |

| C is CORRECT because this option allow to Alison to create a .ACW file. This file is only for Alison (unless you share it) and the next time Alison log on she will have her settings.

And the answer is ....
Correct Answers: C
A. Incorrect: Unless Alison is granted Administrative privileges to the computer, she will not be able to configure Utility Manager so that the Magnifier starts automatically when Windows starts.
B. Incorrect: A user account with Administrative privileges to the computer is able to configure Utility Manager. To start the Maginifer when Windows starts, click the Magnifier in the top box then select the Start Automatically When Windows Starts check box. This sets the Start With Windows registry entry to 1 in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mi
crosoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersi
on\Accessibility\Utility Manager\Magnifier registry key. Then, when Windows 2000 is started, the Magnifier will start automatically. The Magnifier will appear each time any user logs on to the system, not just Alison.
C. Correct: After logging on as Alison and starting the Accessibility Wizard, navigate to the Display Settings screen and then select the Use Microsoft Magnifier check box. The Microsoft Magnifier dialog box appears, and a portion of the screen is magnified. After you click OK, the Magnifier Settings dialog box appears. After configuring the Magnifier, continue to move through the Accessibility Wizard to complete additional accessibility options as required. Because you are logged on as Alison, this accessibility configuration applies only to her user profile.
D. Incorrect: The Use High Contrast setting is enabled in the Display tab in the Accessibility Option dialog box or using the Accessibility Wizard. This setting may help Alison see the computer, but is does not enable the Magnifier. |
