| Currently M$ does not give discount vouchers for any of it's exams. On occasion they have been known to have "specials" where you can get a discount when you sign-up for a certain exam, but you won't know until you register for that exam.
As for books, New Riders has a good one, Sybex is so-so. Someone else may have other suggestions. As far as other exam prep material, for testing, get Transcenders, or possibly cert21 and/or ExamDrill.
