Go down to your nearest book shop, walk in, go to the computer section, look for a book called Windows 2000 Professional, take it off the shelf, walk to the counter, pay for it, take it home, read it and guess what you learn the material to pass the exam!! | |

and try the online practice exams (eg brainbuzz.com) or purchase troytech, etc..
