I thought the Answer is only A, I thought that you can't directly upgrade from NT 3.51 to 2000 unless you upgrade to NT 4 first. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks!

And the answer is ....

Correct Answers: A and D

A. Correct: You can upgrade Windows 95 and Windows 98 directly to Windows 2000 Professional. Note: that it is not possible to upgrade Windows 9x to Windows 2000 Server.

B. Incorrect: You cannot upgrade Windows NT 3.1 Workstation and Windows NT 3.1 Advanced Server to Windows 2000 Professional. You can upgrade Windows NT 3.1 Workstation to Windows NT 3.51 and then upgrade Windows NT 3.51 to Windows 2000 Professional. Server versions of Windows NT cannot be upgraded to Windows 2000 Professional.

C. Incorrect: You cannot upgrade Windows NT 3.5 Workstation to Windows 2000 Professional. You can upgrade Windows NT 3.5 Workstation to Windows 3.51 Workstation or Windows NT 4.0 Workstation and then upgrade to Windows 2000 Professional.

D. Correct: You can upgrade Windows NT 3.51 Workstation or Windows NT 4.0 Workstation directly to Windows 2000 Professional.
