70-210 - How and How Long?

I have finally finished reading my 2000 pro book. I now want to start practicals and test exams. Does anybody have any tips to help me like how often a week I should study for and for how long.

Ok first of all if you don't have the exam schedled, do that first. Reason being, you have the test set, you have a deadline to meet.
Next to study, only study 3 to 4 hours the most a day. Don't over do it. It doesn't get you anywhere.
