I know this is a bit off topic, but I do need some help.

This is the situation: We have a domain at work as well as a sub-domain. A user has been promoted, there for he will be no longer using the profile for the sub-domain.

Is there anyway to copy or even move his profile (desktop, mailbox, etc) from the sub-domain to the main domain without having to recreate it. We are using active directory and i figured i would have been easy, but i can't figure out how to do it.

Thansk in advance

inside the domain you can use the move command on the ad users and computers MMC but between domains you need to use MOVETREE
