| Whenever I log on to Windows 2000 Pro, I receive an error telling me that my user profile could not load and that the default user profile is being loaded instead. There is not enough memory to load my profile. What do I do? | |

| how much RAM do you have on that box? How big is your page file? Is the Admin profile corrupt? How big is it? | |

| sir! sir! me sir!
I don't think this is a 'memory' issue as such, this sounds more like you haven't got enough disk space.
first check the disk space on your c: drive, if it's low, look in your Temp directory see if you can delete from there. look to see what else can be removed, but be careful don't delete anything that the system or apps might need
second you need to check the size of your profile, you may have 'saved' a large file in it somewhere. (like on your desktop, common fault).
PS have you installed some new software recently? |
