| By defualt how many user accounts does a computer with Win2K Professional in a workgroup environment have?
Two ie Administrator and Guest
OR
Three ie Administrator, Guest and Initial User
The 2 source materials I am using differ on the above matter.
With referance to the Initial User account, it uses the registered user name, but what about the password to logon?
With regards

| When you install Windows 2000 Professional, only two accounts are created by default.
The Administrator account and the Guest account.

| not necessary true, it will ask you, do you want to assume this user logs on or must every user logon with their own account, or something like that, when you do a clean install. the user it wants to assume is the name you typed when it asked for name and organisation. Be careful when you install and you come across this | |

| Hmmm....I have to look at this again then. I don't recall being asked that question upon a clean installation of Windows 2000.
If I was asked this question, I must have replied with a No, because the only two accounts I have on my Windows 2000 Professional system are Administrator and Guest.
Thanks for the info enforcer.
