you got more than enough material -- even though you do not have 70-210 for Freaks!

What I do not see in that list is a couple of PCs for hands-on experience and labs... make sure you have those as well!

Ya man you got plenty ,all you need now is a good brain and time and couple pc for hand-on practice.

Don't forget to check objectives ,It is also good to peak into the 70-215 stuff according to members ,they go hand in hand.

Best of Luck.

like freak said, some hands on will do more than some of your Study material.
Oh, and dump the Troy Tech...

nice to see freak again on Examnotes!

You have plenty study materials, but unfortunately you don't have the best materials for this exams. By my opinion they are EASYCERT (www.jrksoftware.com) and Transcender (www.transcender.com).

Try any of these, and you will get high scores on the exam.

GOOD LUCK.

probably ebay, or off someone who's done the courses

but i agree with Freak and Denis, make sure you have access to PC's so you can get the hands on experience, make learning and remebering so much easier.

oh Slinky, don't take a canon with you when you go hunting, coz they won't let you shoot until they've said a prayer for the rabbit you're about to shoot, and by the time they've said the prayer the rabbit has run away.

NB guess the prayer works then

I am considering purchasing Freaks MCSA Bundle. Can someone give me some feedback on the contents... other than you Freak...you would be biased...as I would also. Email me if you would rather not post here.
Thank you in advance.

I would not be biased, I simply would defer to someone else

I wrote those study guides when I was studying for the tests myself, and since I passed all the win2k tests on the first try, I guess they can't be that bad

This being said, by all means do your own research and let me know if I can help you out, whether you buy those study guides or not...

Freak,
When was the last first/last revision on them made?

Noticed you have substantial certs to probably qualify to author such, but just want to be sure.

Thanks for the reply.

the test content has not changed since I took the test. All of the guides are up to date.

The way I write study guides is as follows:

1. While preparing for test, I create a "table of content" of all the material I need to know
2. I then flesh it out with the details
3. I create labs for myself to become more comfortable with commands and GUIs, along with the concepts behind them
4. I write the first full version of the study guide, and I read it right before the test.
5. I finally take the test
6. Later that day, I sit down and write down what surprised me in the test, general impressions, etc...
7. I re-organize the study guide based on the test taking experience, adding and/or resizing chapters as needed
8. I add new labs and real-world anecdotes to highlight the material covered
9. Ready to ship!

As for curriculum creation, I was a college professor before doing this network engineering thing. I taught at the Naval Academy, Bowdoin college and MIT among others, and I have always been in charge of developing my own curriculum, so I am used to the process. Heck, I even hold a Master's degree in Education

I hope that this gives you a better insight...

One last thing: Not one customer has ever asked for a refund. I am very proud of that fact.
