| Bit off topic but I thought I'd give it a try.
Does anyone have any experience with any of the following Help Desk Software pacakages:
-Remedy
-Heat
-Track-IT
-Helpstar
If so could you give me some feedback, strengths, weaknesses? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

| Worked with Remedy, but none of the others you mention. Remedy is okay, a little cumbersome at first glance. But once you know how to navigate it, it isn't bad. |
