| Yello !
What would be the implications, if I turn my hdd into a dynamic disk considering that I have win2k and win98 dual booted in two seperated paritions?
is there away of getting rid of win98 without hurting win2k? last time I tried, i silly deleted win98 where I guess the boot partition for win2k was. Cheers

| You will not be able to access Windows 98.
Windows 2000 and up can only read Dynamic Disk.

| Oh crap, read only would really suck! w2k is on the D: drive and the win98 is on the C: drive, the original installation was with 98, but I would really like to get rid of 98 but not too sure how to do it safely | |

| First boot to the Win 98 then start the W2K installation process using the run command WINNT32.EXE from the I386 folder. Then follow the on screen prompts.
Remember to backup anything you want to keep!! |
