Yes it will. I had just aquired it online at 2test.com. It will tell you to buy your voucher before Jan 4 2002 so you can save the extra 25.00.

Good to know for those who are pondering on taking the test. Anything what helps is most welcome.

I decided to take advantage of the $25.00 savings by buying five exam vouchers over the phone today from 2Test.com! I figured I could save over $100.00 and get the tax write-off as well for this tax year.

I am not to pleased with Microsoft's price hikes, but not much we can do about it. Just like to thank this group for reminding me about not to procrastinate too much more over this bargain savings. This way I can justify also buying somemore education materials and further tax savings!

Oh well, unemployment sucks and might as well make the best use of my FREE time and get somemore of the exams out of the way!

May we ALL be happier and employeed again soon -- Happy New Years to One and ALL!!!

Just follow it thru and you should be ok. You do have to register first. It takes about 5 minutes. If you are going to buy multiple exams, I would call on the phone. You would have to schedule one exam at a time.

i don't believe you can use these exams as a write off on taxes.

If you call to order the test vouchers, you DO NOT schedule an exam unless you really want to. Secondly, I believe that you can only schedule an exam upto six weeks in advance, but having the exam vouchers allows you to call and tell them you want to take your exam upto a year away -- makes scheduling better! Just give the folks the exam voucher number over the phone and they know you have pre-paid. Also, if you order several exam vouchers you can get a discount -- not sure what the number is but they did ask me and I only took five vouchers -- discounted vouchers are handled by a seperate department!

As for tax advise, you need to talk to a tax specialist -- it could fall under an educational deduction or a business deduction if required as part of your continued employment! Also, you need to have a certain percentage of your income spent for the deduction to qualify. Being my income last year was quit low due to my unemployment, I will likely itemize versus using the 1040EZ form, also because I have stock market losses I will also write off against some capital gains.
